There is a wonderful volunteer that will be teaching the classes. She has most of the supplies that she needs to teach our ladies, but asked if extra ribbons, yarn, and old magazines with flowers or inspirational words might be provided.
Donated items can be dropped off at the Headquarter Office’s at 5342 W. Elm Street in McHenry.

For 12 years, The McHenry County Community Foundation has conntected the generosity of donors with community needs by making grants to organizations working to improve McHenry County. In 2012, the Foundation, together with its donors, granted more than $600,000 to nonprofits organizations. They have strengthened physical and mental health programs, enabled animal service programs to contiune to serve those in need, and protected the safety net for those hardest hit by the recession. AAdvantage members are now able to transfer their miles to our account. These miles will then be used to purchase airfare for auction and raffle items at our fundraising events.
