Please contact us as soon as you notice anything in the unit that may need maintenance/attention or if something breaks. We will get to it as quickly as possible during office hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., If this is an emergency maintenance item please notify the property manager and then fill out an online maintenance request through our rent café portal!

Emergency Situations:

Gas Leak: If any resident smells gas in the unit Evacuate the building and call Nicor immediately at 888-642-6748. If you cannot reach Nicor, call 911. Then please notify the Property Manager

Fire: If there is a fire or a large amount of smoke in the unit Evacuate the building and call 911. Once everyone is safe please report the fire and any damages to the Property Manager.

No Heat: Please submit a maintenance request and notify the Property Manager

Flooding – turn off the water using the main water shutoff valve, There will be a neon orange tag located at the valve that says WATER SHUT OFF VALVE. Please contact the Property Manager

Leaks – secure water valve to leaking pipe or area if possible, Place a bucket under leak if able to. Please dry and clean up any standing water as best as possible and contact the Property Manager as soon as possible or submit a work ticket for the leak to be addressed.
