Rosemary Y. was a cashier at the Palatine Sparrow's Nest for 8 years. Four years ago, she retired and became a volunteer. Having 40 years of experience in retail, sales and fashion grew to be one of her hobbies. When volunteering, she likes to be dedicated to the store's jewelry department. Rosemary explained, "I get a lot of satisfaction in seeing customers find things they like. It satisfies them, it satisfies me, all while helping homeless women and children. Everybody wins!"
