• Third Lake is located in Lake County just north of Grayslake. The new store is 9 miles north of our Mundelein Sparrow’s Nest Thrift Store and Donation Center on Rt. 45 just north of the intersection of Washington Street and Rt. 45.
• The store is approximately 10,400 sq. ft. which will make Home of the Sparrow the tenant occupying the most space in Waterstone Place.
• Other tenants in the Center are Farmers Insurance, CK Salons, Race Pace Cyclery, Subway, Kerry’s Four Legged Friends, Lou Malnatis Pizza, China Chef, PRONAILS, Yuri of Japan, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins and Ba da Bing Beef Company.
